- Am I tied into a contract?
We understand that people’s circumstances change. Like any business we have terms and conditions but we don’t believe in long and complicated contracts. If you do ever wish to cancel, all we ask is that you give us one month's notice for private clients and 2 months for Commercial on a rolling contract.
- How long will it take ForEvvr Ironing to iron my items?
We provide a professional ironing service whereby you can drop your items at our workshop in ITEC Businness Park, 52 Armagh Road, Newry BT35 6DN.
Our standard turnaround is two days however same day collection can be arranged if the drop off is made before 11am. Follow us on Facebook @EVVRCLEAN to keep up to date with our ForEvvr Ironing delivery service which will be launching soon.
- Do I meet my cleaner before the first clean?
Yes of course! We understand that your cleaner will be in your home and we appreciate that personalities are often as important as cleaning standards. You will meet your appointed cleaner and discuss the cleaning tasks that you require. It’s vital that your cleaner is a good fit for you and someone you like, so you are under no obligation to accept the first Evvr Clean cleaner you meet. We’ll work with you to ensure that we get the right cleaner and once you’re satisfied, you can then mutually arrange a regular clean day and time.
- Will I have to be there when my cleaner is working?
No, our cleaners are vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for your cleaner to sign.
- What if my cleaner can't make it or is sick?
No problem – please just give us a call and we will provide you with a cleaner to cover until your usual cleaner is available again.
- How do you vet Evvr Clean cleaners?
We initially hold a telephone interview and if the applicant is suitable we then arrange for a more in-depth face-to-face interview. If all of our check boxes are ticked and only after taking proof of ID and address along with references , do we accept them into the Ever Clean family. Once our induction programme has been completed we have procedures in place to monitor every cleaner thoroughly to ensure that the highest standards are consistently delivered to you.
- Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?
Yes. We understand that the right fit is vital for everyone whether it’s cleaning in your home or commercial property. We have a large and varied selection of dedicated, reliable and fully trained cleaners and we'd be happy to assign you someone different if you are unhappy for any reason – please just get in touch.
- Do you have insurance cover?
Yes, including a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance. In line with all other insurance policies, there is an excess on the policy. In order to keep costs reasonable the excess is £100 per claim.
